Please don't send us your files
If you are reporting a bug, describe the file (type, size, which app made it) rather than attaching it, especially if it contains anything personal. The tools are built so that we never need to see your documents, and we'd like to keep it that way. If a sample is absolutely required we will ask for a synthetic one.
Useful details for a bug report
- The tool you were using
- Your browser and version, and operating system
- What you expected, and what happened instead
- Any message in the browser console (
F12→ Console)
