QuokkaTools provides free browser-based utilities. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Your content
You keep all rights to the files you process. They are handled on your device and are not transmitted to us. You are responsible for having the right to process the files you use with the tools.
No warranty
The tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to make them reliable, but we cannot guarantee that they are error-free or that results are suitable for a particular purpose.
Redaction and metadata removal are high-stakes tasks. You should always review the output before sharing it: check that every sensitive area is covered, open the result in a viewer and try to search for removed text. The tools remove only what they are documented to remove; see the limits on each tool page. Keep your original files.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuokkaTools and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or disclosure of information, arising from your use of the tools or reliance on their output.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt or attack the service.
Open-source components
The site includes open-source libraries under their own licences. See the About page for the list.
Future paid features
We may introduce optional paid features. If we do, these terms will be updated and the core local tools will keep working locally.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
